Cr and Co doped Cs5Bi(MoO4)(4): Microwave assisted synthesis, characterization and specification of optical properties
Özet
Cesium bismuth molybdate, Cs5Bi(MoO4)(4), is synthesized via microwave assisted synthesis (MAS) with doping element Cr or Co. The synthesis procedure is achieved at 850W powers in a domestic oven for a short time as 15 min, and the materials heated at 800 degrees C for obtaining best crystallization. The formations of 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, 0.4% and 0.5% of Cr or Co doped Cs5Bi(MoO4)(4) compounds were verified by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The unit cell parameters and crystal systems of the products are calculated by Rietveld refinement method via powder X-ray diffraction data. Morphology and elemental composition of the compounds were determined via scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray (EDX) analysis. Optical property was determined as luminescence characteristics. (C) 2016 Elsevier GmbH. All rights reserved.
