METHODS: This cross-sectional study was conducted with 714 refugees aged 18 and over between February 2019 and July 2019. CONCLUSIONS: Of the refugees, 42.0% were depressed. Their quality of life scores were at a moderate level. Refugees with poor social support should be evaluated for quality of life and wellbeing. in addition, psychosocial care provided should be developed to be more supportive, to mobilize social support resources, and to increase psychological wellbeing.en_US
