Essential oil of Sideritis hispida P. H. Davis, an endemic species from Turkey

The essential oil of Sideritis hispida P. H. Davis, an endemic species of Turkey, was studied by GC and GC/MS. Sixty-three compounds were identified. β-Caryophyllene (10.92%) and carvacrol (8.50%) were found to be the major components.
