dc.description.abstract | Oils produced from Origanum hypericifolium, an endemic species, were analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Carvacrol (64.33%) was found to be the major component in the oil from plants collected before flowering, whereas p-cymene (36.10–47.75%) was the major constituent in the oils from plants collected while in full flower. | en_US |
