Toplu konut projelerinde kalite kavramının müşteri memnuniyeti aracılığı ile incelenmesi: Balıkesir ili TOKİ konutları

Abstract

Bu çalışmada toplu konut projelerinde kalite kavramı müşteri memnuniyeti aracılığı ile incelenmiştir. Öncelikle konut ve toplu konut kavramları araştırılmıştır. Daha sonra, kalite kavramı ve yapı üretimi için kalitenin önemi tanımlanarak kalite boyutlarının müşteri memnuniyetine etkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Son bölüm de ise; toplu konut projelerinin kalitesini değerlendirebilmek için alan çalışması kapsamında anket uygulanmıştır. Yapılan anket çalışmasıyla toplu konut kullanıcılarının memnuniyet düzeyleri araştırılmıştır. Balıkesir Toplu Konut İdaresi (TOKİ) konutları örneklemi üzerinde yapılan anket çalışması ile elde edilen veriler istatistiksel olarak değerlendirilmiştir.

In this study, the concept of quality in public housing projects has been examined through customer satisfaction. First of all, housing and mass housing concepts were investigated.Then, the quality concept and the importance of quality for the production of the structure were defined and the effect of quality dimensions on customer satisfaction was emphasized.In the last part; In order to evaluate the quality of public housing projects, a survey was conducted within the scope of thefield study.Satisfaction levels of mass housing users were investigated through survey study.The data obtained from the survey conducted on the samples of Balıkesir The Housing Development Administration (TOKI) houses were evaluated statistically.
