Kırsal turizmin yöre kalkınmasindaki rolü: Sandikli yöresi kırsal turizm potansiyeli

Abstract

Günümüzde ekonomik, siyasal ve teknolojik gelişmelere paralel olarak ülkeler arasında rekabet artmış ve turizm sektörünün sağladığı imkânların ileriye dönük olumlu sonuçlar verdiği gözlemlenmiştir. Buna ek olarak uluslararası turizm hareketlerinde değişmeler yaşanmış, başlıca gelişen ve gelişmekte olan ülkelerdeki turistlerin yenilik arayışları, rutin tatil anlayışının değişmesi ve artan kırsal sürdürülebilirlik bilinci alternatif turizm türlerinin ortaya çıkmasına sebep olmuştur. Bu durum kırsal turizmin ilgi gören ve gelişmeye hazır bir turizm çeşidi olmasına neden olmuştur. Türkiye, dört mevsimi aynı anda yaşayan, yörelerinde bulunan sayısız doğal ve tarihi zenginliklere sahiptir. Bunun yanı sıra kırsal turizm açısından da kırsal yörelerin kalkınmasında ve sürdürülebilirliğin devamı açısından önemli bir gizli güç olma potansiyeli göstermektedir. Kırsal yörelerin köklü tarihi, kültürel anlamdaki derinliği, doğal güzellikleri, endemik değerleri olması sebebiyle doğru bir turizm planlaması ve yatırımı yapıldığında önemli bir çekim merkezi olacaktır. Bu özellikleri içerisinde barındıran ve hali hazırda kırsal turizm altyapısı bulunan yörelerden biri de Afyon ili’nde bulunan Sandıklı Yöresi’dir. Sandıklı Yöresi coğrafi konumu, çekici iklim türü, tarımsal alandaki çeşitliliği, geniş orman ve florası, canlı türleri, geçmişten bugüne korunmuş doğal ve tarihi yapıları, termal turizm kapasitesi ve birçok uygarlığa ev sahipliği yapmış olması sebebiyle yelpazesi geniş tutulmaya hazır bir kırsal turizm potansiyeline sahiptir. Kırsal turizmin yöreye sağlayacağı ekonomik faydaları göstermek amacıyla Sandıklı’da yaşayanların görüşleri çerçevesinde yörenin kırsal turizm potansiyelini belirlemeye yönelik bir inceleme yapılmış ve bu bağlamda öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

Today, economic, competition among countries has increased in parallel with the political and technological developments and the opportunities provided by the tourism sector that showed positive results going forward. In addition, there have been changes in the international tourism movement of tourist’s novelty seeking major developed and developing countries, changes in routine and increased understanding countryside holidays. Turkey, living in four seasons at the same time, has numerous natural and historical treasures found in the region. As well as the development of our region in terms of rural tourism and sustainability. Our region’s rich historical, cultural depth of field, natural beauty, a true value because of the endemic tourism planning and investment will be an important center of attraction when done. One of our region which already hosts rural tourism infrastructure in this region properties are located in the province of Afyon called Sandıklı. Sandıklı Region’s geographical location, attractive climate species, the diversity of agricultural land, extensive forests and flora, species, natural history preserved today and historic structures, thermal tourism capacity and range due to have made a host to many civilizations has a rural tourism potential ready to be large. Rural tourism conducted a study to determine the potential of rural tourism in the region according to the opinions of people living in Sandıklı to demonstrate the economic benefits to the region and has been developed to provide advice in this regard.
