İMKB imalat sanayiindeki 500 büyük firmanın 1997-2002 yılları arası finansal analizi

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Türkiye ekonomisinin temelini oluşturan ve ekonomiye yön veren, Türkiye'nin 500 Büyük Firması (Kuruluş) içinde yer alan ve ayı zamanda hisse senetleri IMKB İmalat Sanayiinde işlem gören 101 imalat sanayii şirketinin 1997-2002 yılları arası Oran Analizi yapılarak sektörün Likidite yapısı, finansal yapısı, faaliyet etkinliği ve karlılık durumu değerlendirilip, sektörün sorunlarına yönelik çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Bu bağlamda çalışmada önce genel olarak reel sektör ve finansal piyasalar ile çalışmanın ana noktasını oluşturan finansal analiz ve oran analizi hakkında genel bilgiler verilmiş ve daha sonra da analiz sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan analiz sonucunda Türkiye'deki imalat sanayiinin en önemli sorununun öz sermaye yetersizliği olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

In this study, we have ecamined and made ratio analysis of the sector, evaluated the liguidity, financial structure, efficiency and ratio of profit of 101 firms of production industry which take place among 500 Big Firms that form the base of Turkish economy and that give direction to general economy and whose shares are sold in ISE(IMKB), and we proposed solutions to the problem of the sector. In this respect, firstly we have given general informations about real sector and financial markets in general and secondly about financial analysis and ratio analysis which constitute the main point of the study and then we have evaluated the results of analysis. As a results of this analysis we have determined that the most importent problem of the production industry is the shortage of self capital.
